DBSI T&O is the backbone that supports the bank as the central of operations and technology. With the spirit of OneTeam and PRIDE! Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).

Jobs responsibilities

  • Support and involved in the end to vendor engagement process
  • Manage existing contract and its amendment/renewal in timely manner
  • Support new contract and coordination with related BU/SU unit and 3rd Party/Vendor
  • Perform regular vendor visit and provide report based on the visit result
  • Follow up any issues related to vendor management and working with SME to close the issues
  • Follow up and ensure vendor payment is in place and within timely manner
  • Manage vendor expense based on approved budget (including appropriate accrual)
  • Ensure quality by maintaining vendor defect rate within threshold set refer to Credit Policy, Operation Risk, Group threshold, if any
  • Propose strategy and initiative for process improvement and productivity saving in vendor management area

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year recognized banking experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to details
