Job Description

Art Director

Responsibilities

  • Formulate design concepts and presentation approaches
  • Responsible for managing and supporting a team of graphic designers to bring concepts and presentations
  • Collaborate on the ideation and development of innovative full marketing campaigns
  • Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of artwork
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and artwork
  • Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, strategist & account
  • Take the creative brief to record requirements and clients’ needs
  • Manages a variety of specific medium-large sized projects

Qualifications

  • Branding, Advertising, marketing, and design related experience, 4-5 years+
  • Bachelor Degree in graphic design, visual communication or digital design
  • Good presentation skills and good at both creative and technical designing
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Experience with Macintosh-based software - Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong creative portfolio with a variety of client exposure
  • Have a thorough understanding of typography, print and digital
  • Team player attitude, strong multi-tasking ability
