  • 9+ years working experience as Maintenance & Utility in cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing or FMCG industry
  • Active English and Possess Bachelor's Degree

PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Manufacturing industry to find great talent as Maintenance and Utility Manager with the requirement as follows:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coordinate and responsible for periodic maintenance plans, implementation of the machine repaired
  • Responsible to supervise utility machines are always in top condition, ready to support production activities
  • Lead the maintenance function in providing preventive, predictive, and corrective of all operational equipment and facilities
  • Manage and plan all maintenance activities in Genba/Production Line;
  • Manage and control Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis to prevent re-occurrence
  • Manage and control machine spare parts and purchase requisition, and also perform kaizen at Genba/ Production line
  • Conduct of inspection, testing and repair of commissioning equipment on Electrical System
  • Responsible for service, repair and overhaul of Electrical System

Job Requirements:

  • Max. 42 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Electrical Engineering /Manufacture Engineering
  • 9+ years working experience as Maintenance & Utility in cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing or FMCG industry
  • Active English
  • Good understanding of utility systems and how to take care of utility equipment: coal boiler, chiller, AHU, compressor, cooling tower, forklift, air conditioning, pump)
  • Understanding of PLC, and good knowledge of utility and facility machine & equipment (HVAC, Compressor, Boiler, Electrical Distribution System), water factory maintenance, plumbing, gas/ fluid/ hydraulic system
  • Knowledge and proficient in blueprint reading/ layout design, CAD and MS Office Software
  • Have a good knowledge and understanding about WTP/WWTP
  • Competent in operating Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
  • Have a good communication and an excellent customer service attitude
  • Willing to work in Jakarta Timur
