Received booking from customer and do comunication with commercial and destination offce destination office for approval
Open Job file in CW1
Process and communicate booking space with shipping lines
To do Sea Export shipment coordination
Update mandatory entry and milestone in CW1
Upload docuument to CW1
Provide HBL/FCR/MBLand post invoice and cost
Issued pre alert to destination

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s (S1) degree from Sea Management Transportation
1-2 Years experienced at the same field is a must
CW1 knowledge will be an advantages
Good english (verbal and written)
Strong working knowledge for MS office application and strong excel reporting skill
Familiar with BC3.0 and BC3.3
Familiar with LCL Gateway concept
Have a strong relationship with various carrier, and CFS warehouse
Able to work underpressure as a team
Good personality & good communication
