Job Description

  • Receiving and handling complaints verbally and writing
  • Resolving Customers Issue and giving solutions according to customer complaints
  • Answer incoming calls from customer with Inquiries, Requests and Complaints
  • Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required time
  • Receiving and handling confirmation via LiveChat / whatsapp service from customers for inquiries, Requests and complaints.
  • Receiving and handling emails from customers for inquiries, Requests and complaints.

Requirements

  • Looking someone who has strong skill & experience in service industry
  • Have min. 2-3 years experience in CS area or related field
  • Have a good sense of services, good attitude & behaviour.
  • Preferably from call center background especially inbound skill
