Key tasks and responsibilities
1.Relationship building with brands and suppliers for category products and negotiations with suppliers Sharing your current take of brand positioning
2. Delivering comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insight to encapsulate our individuality in our offering
3. Prices, plans and arranges merchandise for display.
4. Drives sales and profitability through proper merchandising and overall presentation of specific category ownership
5. Prepare for and implement seasonal/monthly campaigns and initiatives. Identifies ways to drive sales generation through business analysis; ensures action is taken to maximize sales potential
Qualifications & Skills
1. Extensive experience (2+ years) in E- commerce or related retail company
2. Strong connection & network to main distributors and Brands
3. An extremely credible reputation and relationships amongst suppliers and other members of the industry
4. The ability to help craft and independently execute buying strategies
5. Experience in all aspects of buying
6. Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills
7. Excellent time management skills
