Is this your next challenge?
As the Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Management (TM) Partner for Indonesia Region, you have ownership over the HR areas of expertise starting from talent acquisition to talent development also implementation of HR agenda (both local and global) across region related talent, making sure they are fullfill the business needs, carefully planned and effective.
You need to ensure a healthy balance between trainer availabilities, learning needs of the organization and planning of training sessions.
You ensure the administrative side of learning and development is effectively covered and the data to be analyzed is accurate and readily available
As the Learning and Development Partner for your region you deliver on the areas you have ownership for by living our values every day and primarily through collaboration and teamwork.
You also support on the HR communication activity and you have ownership over the quality and effectiveness of the internal communication that comes from the HR function in all available channels.
In the Talent area (talent acquisition and talent management , you secure the talent process start from recruitment activity and make sure that the performance management and talent identification methods are implemented correctly in the organization aimed at identifying and building leaders for our organization, and you have ownership over the systems and tools that allow the correct acquisition, management and analysis of the related data.
As a member of the wider L&D and TA & TM team across Production, you participate in content creation for our trainings based on needs and priorities and design the programs tailored to the needs of the organization and their timely and efficient implementation throughout all regional offices.
How you do it?
You closely partner with the business to understand and analyze their perceived learning needs and advise them on the best solution to solve their problems.
You collaborate with other HR team in your region particularly with HRBP, the global HR team and your L&D & TM & TA colleagues in other regions to make sure our actions are harmonized and together support the business in the most efficient way.
You think and act according to the situation, making sure the best business outcome is always the key driver of your decisions.
You act as a true H&M person by being a role model of H&M’s values and competences and by positively influencing other people around you.
Who are you?
The person we’re looking for should have strong experience in Learning & Development area, as well as Talent Management and internal communication preferably from reputable multinational company.
Having strong understanding and background in Learning & Development Area from design to execution.
Good analytical and good Communicator will also be a key skill as you will need to build relationships across the organization and with our stakeholders.
Having experience and knowledge in designing internal communication specially in digital channel (Share point site, Videos, or digital content creator) will be a good advantage.
