At least 15 Year(s) of working experience as supervisor in the related field is required for this position

Required Skill(s): Packaging Development, Flexible, Tray, Karton,,Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,understanding ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22716, SJH, BPPOM, CPKB,

Understanding and know the process of Makloon (ODM/OEM) manufacture, specially cosmetic makloon manufacture

As Team Leader/Manager Packaging Development , Your ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES are:

Coordinate the change management program communicating packaging up dates
Lead packaging trials at various sites.
Support procurement ensuring the latest artwork standards are defined and maintain with clients
Create and develop packaging and gifting artworks specifications refining and adapting theses as needed
Coordinate the resolution to technical challenges in processing and packaging quality, recording and managing non conformance when necessary
Regular visits tu supplier and clients as and when required - to lead packaging trials and problem solving any packaging challenge
