JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead department manufacturing process to meet required output/ticket and quality levels.
  • Operates to a Business plan set up together with all Business Team members.
  • Administrator company policies and systems to assure compliance.
  • Maintain employee relation system.
  • Manager statistical system and SPC to assure product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and coordinate courses of action to meet future needs, goals,s, and objectives.
  • Maintain and further develop professional supervisory management to effectively control and advance operations.
  • Develop and manage a safe work environment through involvement and proactive approaches
  • Utilize employee involvement through organized work simplification projects to direct maintenance and modification efforts.
  • .Control costs by planned budgeting and monitoring techniques
  • Develop and plan proactive approaches to meet future needs and goals for waste
  • Facilitate through structuring/coaching / encouraging / delegating the maturity of the total efforts of the Business Team as well as the manufacturing organization
  • Develop team atmosphere.
  • Maintain standard “Hospital Clean” Housekeeping.
  • Ensure that all employees are well trained and certified for their responsibilities.
  • Monitoring closely EHS (Environment Health & Safety) by implementing regular housekeeping


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University graduate with engineering discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience in the tire industry or equivalent industry
  • Knowledge: Personal Management, Tire Manufacturing system, Specification, Machines basic operation, production management and processes
  • Managerial skills: Change agent, strong personality, believer, motivated, good listener
  • Technical skills: Good interpersonal skills, convincing skills, good oral and communication skills, Microsoft Office, SAP system
  • Personal characteristics: High integrity, energetic, enthusiastic, insistence, initiative, creative, smart, and hardworking individuals
