The ODP Information Technology (IT) program is designed to develop and to hone digital talents to be leaders and professional who are passionate and capable in IT and technology transformation . You will be trained by highly experienced IT leaders and experts in various aspects of IT and digital banking throughout your development journey. Starting off with an intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different IT departments of the Bank.
Local or International graduates (S1) or post-graduates (S2) of relevant field of studies from a reputable University , such as: Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Electric Engineering, Information System, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, etc

Grade Point Average :
Graduates (S1): minimum of 3.00 (on a 4.00 GPA scale) or equivalent

Post-graduates (S2): minimum of 3.20 (on a 4.00 GPA scale) or equivalent

Maximum age for selection :
Graduates (S1): 25 years old

Post-graduates (S2): 27 years old

Demonstrate professional dispositions with good networking and communication skills

Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication

No member of nuclear family currently working in Bank Mandiri (i.e. parents, siblings)

Single and remain to be unmarried during the first year of the program

Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia

Required Skills

Good networking skills in formal and non-formal approaches with various levels of correspondence

Enterpreneurial, eager to connect with others and willing to be part of related activities inside and outside of the organization to achieve goals

Good critical thinking and analytical skills in inquiring and acquiring relevant, comprehensive informations

Excellent in communicating ideas clearly and effectively to gain understanding and commitment from others
