Job Description

Position Summary

1. Communicate and provide clarification or missing information to LSSOs.
2. Review & Approve all the submission that relates to E-Store Update
3. Oversee the creation and communication with LSSO and accuracy of the content on Dotcom that will follow Brand Guide and Audit (Compliance Monitoring)

Role and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with LSSO to create JIRA tickets to request the creation or updates of dotcom pages that related to E-Store
  • Provide clarification or missing information to LSSOs when required
  • Review & Approve QA links and provide feedback to LSSO
  • Review & approve MSA MySingle submission that relates to E-Store update (Pull down banner & campaign-related)
  • Able to communicate with LSSO to create JIRA tickets for product registration of SKU management, requirements gatherings, and deadline
  • for standard PDPs, Review comms for the Local Campaign Page

Skills and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of programming languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Master in Bootstrap and jQuery will be an advantage
  • Ability to work with Figma or Sketch will be an advantage
  • Familiar with Adobe AEM CMS
  • Experience with web design and image software (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and database skills
  • Technical search engine optimization (SEO), Adobe analytic or Google analytic
  • Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Works on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinates other's tasks
  • Typically requires a minimum 3 years of related experience
