Summary:

The work schedule for this position is Full Time 40 hours per week.


Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time, 4 weeks of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

Duties

The jobholder is responsible to maintain, place order, issue, and monitor inventory control of all building construction supplies, materials, tools, and equipment at Facility Management's store room located in the New Embassy Compound (NEC). The incumbent performs duties as Storekeeper, and to support administration duties in the New Embassy Compound.


Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three years of clerical experience working in the warehousing or logistic functions, of which at least two years experience in administration database for warehousing system is required.


JOB KNOWLEDGE: Must understand detailed supply, logistic, and warehousing system procedures, including the safety procedures in managing the supply room containing thousand items, possess an advanced knowledge of database system related to the warehousing, and know the qualified supply stores, vendors, or contractors, for building construction materials.

Education Requirements:

Completion of Senior High School is required.

Evaluations:

Good Working Knowledge of Speaking/Reading/Writing of English language is required. Fluent of Speaking/Reading/Writing of Indonesian language is required. (This may be tested).


SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


The incumbent must be computer literate, able to navigate through the Microsoft Office Suite software including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and Power Point ((This may be tested); must be able to draft reports and create spreadsheets, and able to write e-mails and research information on the internet. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle large details workload and multiple tasks. Must be very organized.

The pay plan is assigned at the time of the conditional offer letter by the HR Office.

COVID-19 Requirements for Eligible Family Members
