Duties and Responsibilities
Provides Administrative support to entire Learning and Development Team.
Assist trainees with application forms and related paperwork during recruitment.
Coordinate all trainees second interviews with respective department heads.
Keep track of trainees that are being processed with regard to medical check up, background checks and offer letters as required.
Send “regret letters” attach to trainees and file appropriately.
Assist trainees with inquires related to personal days, sick days, vacation requests and other related forms.
Prepare letters of trainee’s employment verification as required.
Update and maintains trainees files and database.
Calculate general training hours and departmental training hours by monthly basis.
Organize trainees gathering and trainees farewell at every batch.
Assist in Setting-up all Learning & Development facilities including room set up and training preparation.
Create monthly training picture, training poster and grooming poster.
Maximize learning and development by providing a creative, fun and exciting environment in the delivery of such learning & development sessions as: Orientation, Re-Orientation, Legendary Quality Experiences (LQE’S), etc.
Maintain the Learning & Development Centre inclusive of all equipment and materials.
Observe and appraise colleague performance during learning & development sessions, providing feedback which would facilitate improvements in accordance to MOHG standards with regard to product and performance and colleague development.
Track, input and maintain all individual colleague training & development records within HRIS System Sunfish.
Support all efforts to enliven our Company’s Mission, Guiding Principles and Legendary Quality Experiences throughout the hotel.
Work closely with entire HR Team with regard to promoting an “employer of choice” philosophy.
Requirements :
A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hotel business in a position within Learning & Development including experience with skills training and group training.
Independent, energetic, and highly self-driven with distinctive team facilitation.
Excellent presentation and communication skills as well as excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesia.
Personal ability to motivate and develop his/her colleagues.
Very good organizational/planning skills and computer literacy.
Positive, confidential and loyal demeanour.
Cross cultural sensitivity.
Awareness of the importance of Ethics and Values as well as Integrity and Humility.
Knowledge of different department within a hotel setting.
Must possess ability to coordinate with multiple tasks.
Computer literacy to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Problem solving and Action Plan formulation.
Requires high levels of interaction with all levels of colleagues. Exchanging ideas, information and opinions with others to formulate programs and arrive jointly at decisions, conclusions and solutions.
Possess high degree of stamina, agility and flexibility.

Have the ability to handle guest requests in a detailed manner
Have excellent attention to details and service knowledge

Willing to make working visit to the site area / customer service.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelorâs Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Create training module in order to equip store employee with proper knowledge and skill as per business needs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
