What you'll be doing?
Manage all HR operations in the branch (recruitment, agreement, retention, administration, office management, etc), and responsible for ensuring the policy and SOP are in place, updated and followed by all employees.
Manage the outsourced worker from recruitment and daily operational to ensure the deliverables aligned with the company targets and follow the regulations.
Manage vendors and outsourcing companies, and ensure the documentation is updated and aligned with legal, also the payment is paid in a timely manner (by working together with company legal and finance team)
Manage industrial relation with unions and handling complaints to facilitate counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders
Manage and update all established health and safety policies to ensure employees fully understand and follow the HSE regulation.
Work together with the payroll team for employee attendance, payroll and benefit management.
Maintains records and compiles reports concerning personnel related data such as hires, turnover, employee programs, performance appraisals, wage progression, and absenteeism rates.
Plans and coordinates new employee onboarding to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Who are we looking for?
A Bachelor’s Degree and/or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
3 - 5 years Human Resources plan/warehouse experience in related experience, manufacturing experience would be preferred
Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
Communicates effectively: conveys facts and information clearly both verbally and orally.
Collaborates well with others: proactively contributes to group objectives; volunteers to help others.
