About the Role Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you’re ready to be our Creative Group Head. In this role, you will be an integral player in the Creative team based in Jakarta, Indonesia, taking the wheel in driving our 360 advertising campaigns for our wide array of products and services. With the folks in the Marketing and Branding teams, you’ll translate marketing objectives into creative execution, formulating the right communication strategies to tell effective, relatable, and relevant product stories. Your efforts will help introduce Gojek’s products and services to a wider audience, propelling us to more corners of the globe.
What You Will Do
Lead brainstorming sessions with the team to come up with exceptional ideas
Devise your own creative ideas & execution that answer the briefs from the Marketing team
Develop 360 advertising campaigns for the brand, manage details about the product and required communication strategy, and create ideas that can be used across various platforms to support campaigns
Gain an understanding of the target audience and business related to campaign needs
Establish criteria and oversee production and testing of idea prototypes
Remain up to date with current trends in the creative marketing field
Invest time in broadening your industry knowledge by consuming the case studies, advertising journals, and past executions of campaigns
Manage a team of creatives & graphic designers
What You Will Need
At least 7 years of relevant experience in a creative role, preferably at an advertising or digital marketing agency
Advanced knowledge and prior experience implementing creative advertising visulas, headlines, content copy, and award winning/industry benchmark ideas and executions that meet our target audiences’ tastes
Ability to spot trends, assess new data, and keep abreast with the latest marketing techniques
Ability to give both broad & specific communication direction for the team to come up with creative campaign ideas and gain an understanding of the market and target audience
Ability to create ideas that can be use across various platforms to support 360 campaigns, and to stimulate ideas and campaign concepts for the team
Proven experience leading a campaign and a creative team end-to-end, as well as managing the expectations of stakeholders
About the Team What is Creative Labs? A bunch of creative geeks? A cult of mad scientists? The truth is… we’re a combination of both! As part of the Gojek Marketing Team, we’re made up of Project Managers, Account Managers, Strategists, Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Art Director and Social Media Creatives who work together to turn business objectives into creative outputs. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, our main focus is to create the right communication - copy, visuals, medium included - to heighten user acquisition. We want to convey to as many people as possible the value of Gojek’s products in solving everyday problems - from food, transport, to payments - and easing our daily routines.
We prioritize in-depth understanding of our target audience, and craft all of our creative campaigns based on these findings. Some of these past campaigns include Foodiskon, Ramadan, “It’s OK To Be Lebay”, and J3K. Currently, our team has been working on a lot of innovation and promotional campaigns, which will help Gojek maintain our leadership in the market.
