Job Description

Requirments

  • Minimum Diploma Degree
  • Have a good communication skill
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Willing to work on shifting

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries
  • Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Follow up the problem to related department to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Maintain service to customers to increase customer satisfaction
