Job Description

(WFH/WFO Full time internship for minimum 3 months)



The internship program provides exposure to the digital marketing world and gives experience in the field of Marketing Communications area. The program not only develops creative strategies and a variety of promotional solutions but also critical thinking and writing skills that are necessary for the everchanging world of digital marketing, advertising and public relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing the communication strategy and tactics that create marketing campaign among all communications avenue within the organization
  • In charge with digital marketing platform management system including website, social media and internal portal
  • Exploring creative content management in line with market trend
  • Completing in significant marketing campaign starting from preparation to campaign completion
  • Assisting in updated various marketing methods including, direct mail, print ads, networking, digital marketing, social media, webinar and develop new business opportunities as well as digital platform analytics
  • Assisting in customer database management
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Consistence participation is required
  • Must be available to work on Monday through Friday (WFH/WFO)
  • Must be an actively senior university student seeking a graduate degree with digital/marketing, communications, economics, business, advertising as preferred major or fresh graduate
  • Enjoy and passionate to work on content and asset management system specifically for website (i.e core media studio)
  • Must have an excellent interpersonal skill to prioritize in a changing environment
  • Fluent in English. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work as a team player in a multinational environment and within a matrix organization
  • Ability in multitasking and organizing to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team player
  • Familiar with marketing principles is a plus
  • Prior experience with Adobe InDesign, graphic design (existing template and new), videography and/or photography is a plus
  • All employees, customers and visitor are required to wear masks and apply health protocol in accordance with government regulation.
