Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sales/client engagement, sales operations, and partner management.
  • Experience building relationships with internal and external C-Level stakeholders.
  • Ability to speak and write in Indonesian and English fluently, to support and communicate with customers.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
  • Experience in sales, media, or advertising.
  • Knowledge of the Indonesia markets and insights into both digital and traditional media.
  • Ability to operate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think strategically about challenges and develop actionable plans and recommendations.

Google’s New Business Sales Team is a group of highly-skilled sales professionals whose focus is on engaging and acquiring advertisers, by encouraging them to incorporate Google's range of marketing products (e.g., YouTube, Search, and the Google Display Network) into their Marketing strategies. This global, dynamic, and dedicated team is the engine behind Google’s continued growth.

As a Business Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for creating direction, driving, supporting, and coaching on the highest value business agreements and guiding and leading upper and lower funnel success.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, manage, and forecast business pipeline and opportunities.
  • Create compelling presentations and develop strategic solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to develop strategies which capitalize on market potential and opportunities.
  • Provide excellent client service and partnership to our customers and partners.
  • Partner closely with Google’s client on-boarding team to effectively service clients.
