TEAM LEADER CALL CENTER

Penempatan: Jakarta

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Melakukan pengelolaan pada setiap team call center untuk bagaimana menghandle call

  • Mengarahkan agent untuk bisa mencapai target dan pekerjaan yg balancing

  • Membuat perencanaan dan persiapan kerja

  • Mampu menghitung load beban pekerjaan team dan agent

  • Bisa membat reporting call center dan yg lainnya

  • Paham dengan dunia call center


    • Kualifikasi :

  • Pria/Wanita

  • Pendidikan Min S1

  • Aktif Bahasa Inggris

  • Usia max. 35 th

  • Pengalaman sebagai TL Contact Center / Call Center min 1 Tahun


    • Benefit :

  • Gapok : Rp 5.000.000,-/bulan

  • Tunjangan Jabatan : Rp 1.000.000,-/bulan

  • Tunjangan kehadiran : Rp 20.000,-/kehadiran

  • Tunjangan Shifting : Rp 20.000,-/shift (untuk jam kerja di luar Jam normal)

  • Overtime
