Job Description

MEP Engineer at Bobobox will be responsible for Design and Calculate System MEP AC, and Create Owner Estimation (Internal Budget (RAB), BoQ & Timeline) of Construction, Research, and Development of Bobobox Product

Things you will do

  • Design and Calculate System MEP AC related for Construction, Research and Development of Bobobox Product
  • Create Owner Estimation (Internal Budget (RAB), BoQ & Timeline) for MEP AC
  • Liaise with Construction Planning member to do Technical Survey
  • Liaise with Architect to get DD as the basis of Design and Calculate system MEP AC
  • Creating a standard and more efficient system.
  • Liaise with Drafter to create and develop Detail Engineering Design MEP AC
  • Liaise with Construction Planning SPV to ensure the Owner Estimation align with Project Budget
  • Review Construction Vendor Project Timeline to ensure align with Owner Estimation Timeline
  • Follow up and receive all data and documents about the survey result and then execute the Analisa Harga Satuan (AHS)
  • Search and analyze the newest price references, including construction labor price, material price, and other project-related costs to establish updated AHS in each project
  • Receive and evaluate the technical work, RAB, and time schedule on each vendor that participating in the tender process
  • Monitoring and making sure the work progress in every project sites is inline with the schedule and budget.
  • Liaise with Engineer MEP AC to ensure MEP AC execution aligns with the design

You’ll fit in this job if you

  • Have a minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
  • Have a minimum 2 years at the same position
  • Good understanding and ability about MEP AC
  • Proficiency in design systems and calculations MEP.
  • Good Ability on create BoQ, RAB and S Curve.
  • Good ability on Ms. Office, Autocad, and Sketchup
  • Good understanding on civil and MEP, also an ability to establishing Technical Drawing
  • Good Comunication, have a high initiative,detail oriented, fast-learner, and team player.
  • Willing to work based in Bandung with frequent Travel
  • Willing to work based on project hours

  • Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • MEP Engineer: 2 years (Required)
