Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up quality standards based on buyer requirement.
  • Frequent visit to factory for inspections.
  • Help merchandising team with production control and checking on time delivery.
  • Sample follow up with factory once order placed.
  • Ensure samples come in are checked and given comments in timely manner.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years role as Quality Control, Merchandising and Production follow up experience is a plus.
  • Familiar with AQL levels 2.5 / 1.5 for international level.
  • Understand testing ISO / AATCC standards for international and Indonesia market.
  • Understanding of SNI requirement of Baby and Kids garments.
  • Experience in children garment is a plus.
  • Over all understanding of Garment manufacturing and able to guide factory how to improve quality.
  • Should have color matching experience.
  • Familiar with managing size spec and understanding POM’s .
  • Should have experience in Microsoft Office is must
