Job Descriptions:
Your responsibilities among others, but not limited to manage online and off-line transaction, ensure on-schedule delivery, manage customer database, handle complaints and give the best service to customers at all times.
Requirements:
You should have at least 2 years of experience in retail industry, preferably in furniture / hardware / wholesale store; with at least 1 year in Customer Service department.
You need to have excellent customer service mindset, extraordinary communication and interpersonal skill and thorough knowledge on the product and the store policies & procedures. Ability to speak English is surely an advantage.
Max age 28 years old, attractive, dynamic; min. D3/diploma degree; able to operate Microsoft Office.
