Job Description

The Marketing team at Shopee is responsible for conceptualising and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The team covers areas including Campaigns Management, Community, Public Relations, Partnerships, Offline Marketing and Design. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for strategizing and implementing go-to-market activities and working with local teams to localise marketing for the specific markets. The Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing for the region. This team is responsible for data-driven solutions, tracking and measuring data to reach the targeted customers.

Job Description

Handle the selection process for Shopee’s Affiliate program, including reviewing applications, screening and selecting high-potential affiliates

Perform background checks on all applicants to ensure and verify program eligibility

Performing thorough Quality Control checks on affiliate content to ensure appropriate content compliance
Bachelor's (S1) or Associate’s (D3) degree from a reputable university

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel

Owns social media accounts, is able to navigate social media platforms and has a broad network

Understanding of affiliate model / KOLs is a plus

Possesses strong personal ethics and high professional integrity

Able to maintain high professional standards, be accountable and reliable to various stakeholders

Able to work independently and achieve personal targets with minimal supervision

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus)

Based in Jakarta and willing to work from office

Able to join immediately is a plus
