About the role :
As Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing the best service for majoopreneurs as well as handling and resolving customer problems through various majoo channels

Providing the best service for majoopreneurs

Handling and solving customer problems through various majoo channels

Communicating customer experiences and feedback regarding products to related

teams

Maintaining customer satisfaction by meeting predetermined targets

Collecting customer complaint information from various majoo channels

What you will need :
At least 1 year experience in Customer Service/ Call Center

Profound orientation both to customer and to target

Eloquent communication skill

High willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Ability to operate basic Ms. Excel, Google Spreadsheet and Power Point
