Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Degree with any major.

Experience minimum 3 years as Manager Customer Care.

Proven leadership ability with strong operation and business sense.

Good understanding on managing customer care digital and non-digital through implementing best practice standards.

Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Ability to set and manage priorities judiciously.

Ability to manage time and resources efficiently.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Exceptional analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional service orientation.

Excellent judgement including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in a charging environment and anticipate future needs.
