Chief Strategy Officer will support the CEO with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining strategic initiatives on clear issue framing, systems-level thinking, and rigorous analyses to achieve financial goal. The incumbent will focus on accelerating organization performance through cohesive strategy planning and execution. The incumbent will report to the CEO and primarily serve as a critical business partner to the CEO and the Senior Executive Team.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze the performance of the company’s business portfolio and identify business opportunities for growth and conduct studies on competitive landscape, global marketplace and external business environment that will shape longer-term strategy.
  • Build, exercise and drive strategic initiatives through the implementation, execution and monitoring within the organization.
  • Engage senior executives and stakeholders of all levels in the development, and execution of strategy initiatives and mobilize senior stakeholders to follow designed transformation journey.
  • Assess organization-wide and or department-wide operating model comprehensively to define target blueprint relevant to current and future context/ dynamics.
  • Generate and pitch sensitive disclosures such as investment presentations, press releases, and business assessment.
  • Define and ensure suitable metrics are in place to measure performance and progress to be analyzed into considerable actions
  • Help influence a high-performance culture by challenging critical business assumptions and encouraging cross-functional collaboration across organization.


At the minimum, we’d like you to have

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree from a top tier university.
  • Previous experience as as Head of Strategy or above will be helpful.
  • A minimum 5-7 years working experience in the investment banking/PE or management consulting or corporations with demonstrated results to lead change and drive revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of go-to-market activities including identifying products, building marketing roadmap, generating demands, and fundraising
  • Possess high proficiency in quantitative analysis and complex financial modelling
  • Excellent ability and success in creating a collaborative culture and able to lead projects/ meetings/ processes with senior management including Board of Directors in a company
  • Proficient in English wrapped with a superior communication skill and strong ability to prepare and communicate clear and compelling messages to senior leadership
