Job Description:
  • Check daily tenant revenue (rental, service charge, electricity, water).
  • Prepare invoices and receipts (daily and monthly).
  • Check revenue report and tax.
  • Collect and follow up proof of withholding PPh final 4(2) and proof of withholding PPh 23.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • Good English skills.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
