Ensures prompt, courteous and efficient service in welcoming guests and ensure guest satisfaction and an adequate promotion of services and facilities, is able to handle guest inquiries and creates engaging experience.
REQUIREMENTS: Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand.
Fresh graduates from a reputable Hotel Academy with outstanding internship or casual experiences are welcome to apply.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Flexible and able to work extended hours when required.
Call Center & Service experiences (Fresh graduate may apply).
Handling inquiry, complain and request from customer.
