    What requirements you'll need to be eligible
    • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field
    • 5-8 years as Plant/Operational Director/Sr. Manager
    • Experienced in expanding factories
    • Willing to travel frequently on-site at Lampung and Tangerang area
    What you'll be doing on the job
    • Work closely with business leaders to establish factory expansion
      plan to support fulfillment of production objectives
    • Establish project management operation plan including project scope,
      project timeline, cost estimations, budget restriction, and resources
      needed, risk assessment, and other working processes needed to
      ensure the project run as planned
    • Evaluate and select the best resources (internal and external vendors)
      to ensure all projects run as planned in most efficient and effective
      manner
    • Monitor and ensure project progress align with schedule and within
      budget estimation across the factory expansion projects
    • Coordinate with the internal (across business drivers) and external
      project team on manpower and other resources
    • Provide evaluation, input, and improvement to aspects of project
      process including material / equipment procurement, contracts, budget
      and cost control, risk management, and overall project management of
      construction works
    • Report regular progress report to related stakeholder regarding the
      development and establishment of factory
