Kualifikasi

  • Maximum usia 30 tahun
  • Kandidat memiliki latar belakang pendidikan minimal S1 Keuangan/Accounting
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang yang sama
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target waktu dan detail
  • Lebih disukai memiliki pengetahuan dalam industrial relation
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Memiliki penglaman penggunaan aplikasi payroll Talenta
  • Melakukan proses kompensasi dan benefit karyawan setiap bulan, triwulan, dan tahunan
  • Melakukan crosscheck dalam kehadiran karyawan, jadwal shift. reimburse, overtime dan cuti
  • Monitoring dan update data karyawan dalam sistem database
  • Melakukan proses registrasi dan update data BPJS
  • Support fungsi HRD perihal industrial relation dan collection
