Develop, maintain and improve policies and procedures for implementation of IT Project and IT Operation.
Monitor and control compliance to the defined policies and procedures.and performance of business operation processes.
Coordinate quality improvement program.
Liaising with external parties on matters relating to company’s quality management system.
Manage end to end of all audit activities both external and internal audit, also as the internal auditor.
Coordinate follow up the audit result, support its analysis to define corrective/preventive action.
Contribute in corporate planning to define, monitor and control yearly company objective.
Proactively learn and utilize new concepts and procedures as appropriate to company requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum graduated from reputable university, Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Science.
Have understanding on SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Have experience in Process Quality Assurance of IT Operation and/or IT Project.
Have experience of corporate planning and performance analysis.
Have knowledge on IT Service Management, Project Management, Problem solving and analysis.
Have good communication, interpersonal skill, and english proficient (written and oral)
Have good MS Office skill sets.
