This role is for a hands-on, “I want to create a legacy” kind of person. You deeply understand how to build a learning culture across SEA, and have the drive to implement it, from scratch. We are hungry for more learning opportunities and are looking for someone to lead the way and make it happen.
What you will do:
Build programs and develop thought leadership for Leadership Development, Manager Training, Diversity, Inclusion, Equity (IDE) and Wellness initiatives
Alongside BP team, build tangible programs for a retention-focused talent strategy with meaningful multi year career development for our employees
Create and implement graduate development and internship programs
Aid in programs to accelerate development of high potential talent
Develop training material, conduct virtual training and train the trainer initiatives
Identify learning vendors (LMS) who enrich our organisation context and culture
Monitor overall implementation of training and development programs and ensure training impact and effectiveness
What we are looking for:
More than 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in digital learning design and/or curriculum design such as e-learning, on-demand, video-instructor-led training (VILT), Instructor-led-training (ILT) and or social learning
Possess a blend of business savviness to be able to synthesise business plans into a roadmap for training needs
Ability to balance responsibilities as an instructional designer and run multiple projects at a time
Have worked at a company who has built a culture of learning
Strong communication skills - listening, writing, presenting, coaching, facilitating at all levels of the business
Hands on; able to set priorities and execute on commitments
Flexibility to adapt the communication style of a diverse audience of every role level.
a strong knowledge of learning and development trends as well as the local government regulations and grant support available.
You will shine in this role if you are/have:
a Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Education
certified in one or more personality and/or leadership assessment tools such as Enneagram, Insights Discovery Practitioner, MBTI etc.
