Job Description

Senior Engineer Unit Process Engineering proficient at Test & MSP Unit Process to provide fast, precise, and reliable problem solving and disposition. Analysis, controlling, and improvement of Process KPI (e.g.yield, quality).
In your new role you will:
  • Unit process know-how. Fast, precise, and reliable problem solving and disposition.
  • Analysis, controlling, and improvement of Process KPIs (e.g. Yield, Quality)
  • Understand Process specifications, direct material, and indirect material knowledge, process documentation (control plan, FMEA, OJTI, TBD), failure catalogs.
  • Knowledge and methodology of deriving and analyzing data, interpreting results, and making decisions based on data (STA, DoE, MSA, SPC); Yield analysis basics database selection, data extraction, reporting, data mining, application statistics methods & data processing/interpretation.
  • Overseeing the process, providing process documentation and operating instructions, support quality audit.
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making - Cause & Effect Diagram, 3x5 WHY, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), 7 QC tools (Pareto diagram, Fishbone diagram, Process flow chart, Checksheet, Histogram, Scatter diagram) and Poka-Yoke; Deviation Management, SPC, Space (Navigator & Monitor), GCM (Nermal), 8D, PFMEA.
  • Capable to liaise with the cross-segment functional team in joint collaboration topics.
  • Handshake with Developments on new package/product developments including new process qualification.
  • Understanding of process and equipment critical parameters/capability, optimize the process to help find ways to cut costs or improve productivity.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or another engineering background.
  • Having >5 years of experience as a team lead in process engineering at testing and auto vision area
  • Having good interpersonal skills, proactive, and high teamwork spirit to collaborate with cross-sites counterparts.
  • Statistical data analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess knowledge and skills in manufacturing process & some equipment knowledge
  • Good knowledge and skills in production area; able to communicate with different level of staffs
  • Good communication in English both written and verbal.
