Purpose of this role:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following:

Process incoming customer sales orders from Sales department with timely manner and accuracy

Co-ordinate deliveries with customers, liaise with departments (e.g. logistics, sales) and update relevant business systems to ensure on time deliveries, including changes/delays.

Receiving in all daily inbound packages – including material verification and inspection

Manage credits and returns

Coordinate shipments with forwarder

Monitoring ETA for open orders and make necessary follow up with manufacture factory.

Schedule time efficiently to complete outgoing shipments in order of priority

Maintain supplier relationships through all communication channels e.g. Email, telephone, meetings, etc.

Select and evaluate suppliers, including building contracts and conducting price negotiations

Ensure that the purchasing needs of all customers are met or exceeded

Interactions: proactively partners with internal and external customers to drive continuous improvement opportunities identified via root cause and trend analysis to improve service and efficiency

Maintain superior teamwork, effort and attitude

Create & provide KPI’s and measurements as required

Perform other job-related duties as requested by customers and/ or management

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

At least 5 years of Experience in customer service, operational logistics, import/export/customs expertise

Logistics knowledge is a must; capable of executing custom papers with minimal supervision

Territory coverage includes Indonesia, Australia and New Zealand but not limited to.

Must be flexible with working hours, working hours: 7 am – 4 pm or 8 am -5pm

Language: Fluent in Bahasa and English

Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following experiences, it would be a plus:
Chemistry knowledge is a plus

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working with ERP/CRM/Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
