Your Role:

Report directly to department's supervisor, this role related to the logistics of raw materials, finished products and parts. Activities focus on inventory management, material handling and planning, logistics and delivery to the customers. Includes the development and implementation of policies and processes, and developing supply chain designs, models, and processes. Analyses, coordinates and operates inbound and outbound logistics and transportation to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products. The responsibilities are but not limited to:
  • Own a daily routine process on monitoring and controlling of inbound and outbound in 3PL warehouse
  • Ensure all warehouse operations are performed according to safety and quality standard.
  • Run a monthly disposal process.
  • Assist in preparing KPI for warehouse operation
  • Support the distribution for Active Pharmacitical Ingridients (BBO) follow CDOB and GDP
  • Follow-up issues and provide solution to stakeholders.
  • Participate in improvement, safety and quality program
Who You Are:
  • At least 1 years working in warehousing practice on Pharmaceutical, Chemicals or Logistic company.
  • Advance in data management and analysis using Spreadsheet (Ms. Excel)
  • English proficient (verbal and written) is needed.
  • Digital savvy
  • Willing to work on site up to 30% (Marunda, Jakarta-Utara)
  • Good understanding in CDOB and GDP is preferred.
  • Must be a result driven and willing to go extra miles minded.
  • Have a good working manner and personality as well as collaborative with clear communication.
