Job Description

Manage and supervise all customer service operations in order to improve customer satisfaction

Ensuring the completion of handling consumer complaints and coordinating with other departement to improve service to consumers

Analyze and evaluate the entries system or customer service to improve service service to improve service effectivaness and customer satisfaction levels.
Minumum Bachelor Degree in any field

Have experience in the same position minimum 5 year

Have good leadership skills and have lead a team

Have experience in all aspects of customer service (inbound, outbound), Logistics.

Having good communication skills

Good initiative ability, proactive , creative thinking and problem solver

Attention to detail with high integrity.

Understand best practice customer care KPI and how to achieve it
