Job Description

Equipment downtime and OEE improvement support to ensure operational stability and sustainability, responsible for equipment troubleshooting, spare parts management, and stability.
In your new role you will:
  • Equipment downtime and OEE improvement support to ensure operational stability and sustainability.
  • Responsible for equipment troubleshooting, spare parts management, and stability.
  • Equipment know-how and troubleshooting, problem-solving.
  • Analysis, controlling, and improvement of Equipment KPIs (e.g. OEE, MTBA, MTBF, E-FMEA)

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelors Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical engineering, Electronic/Electrical engineering
  • Have a background in mechanical with experience in Trim-Form process specifically on Tooling (Die Set ), with minimum experience 3 years.
  • Shall provide some improvemen t been made along the experiences years.
  • Know-how system controls the overall machine process (Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic for Trim Form and Laser Marking)
  • Understand the Laser Marking process with experience to hands-on / troubleshoot would be an advantage.
  • Capable to liaise with OEM and/or supplier effectively with regard to machine failure, maintenance, and upgrading topic.
