As a Department Administrative Assistant, you are accountable to provide support to ensure efficient operation of the team. You will be responsible for coordination of department meetings and appointments (including logistical and travel arrangements), providing general support on matters related to organization and communication as well as the execution of general administrative duties.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Follow up the Weekly goal to tracking the WIP receiving, input and production status..Schedule lot list and priority based on planner's instruction with by ensuring all criteria (attributes, quantity, match criteria, process, yield and bottleneck capacity) are being taken care of..Work with Site Manufacturing to manage hot lot, Slow Moving, Aged Inventory and Hold Inventory periodically so as to lead to optimal Inventory level globally..Set up and manage Bank Inventory as neededMission:.Coordinate with Site Manufacturing and Engineer to coordinate the production resources and de-bottleneck to fulfill the weekly and quarter production goal.. Daily review production status and output plans to fulfill the weekly and quarter production goal.Requirement:-Min. Certificate with 3 years of working experience / Diploma (fresh graduates welcome to apply)-Shift (12 hours)
Performs a broad range of administrative/clerical duties including: preparing reports and agendas that may require compilation, layout and formatting of various data, composing replies to correspondence, and composing letters, memoranda, or reports in final form. Arranges appointments and travel reservations. Verifies and processes expense reports and allocates funds to appropriate budget categories. Makes routine purchases within prescribed guidelines. Maintains and updates complex files or record systems, including data in SAP. Determines nature and appropriate destination of incoming phone calls or electronic mail queries.
