Job Purpose / Objective
Manage Internal Audit Team in order to assist all levels of Cigna management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Commissioners in the effective discharge of their responsibilities by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach based on Cigna Internal Audit Standard to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
Managed Facilitation support to internal & external stakeholders on the development, maintenance, and review of standard operating procedure (SOP) as per business request.
Oversee the Quality Monitoring of sales in term of selling quality, compliance and provide recommendation to related business function
Accountability and KPI’s Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:
ASSURANCE Deliverable of planning process including audit risk assessment process as part of yearly audit plan to Cigna Management and Global IA Team Managing team to performed Audits for monitoring and evaluating design and effectiveness of controls. Managing team and assist Units on performing Cross Checking Function as part of quality review function. Managing team on monitoring progress the action plan as part of audit finding to management. Including communicate to Management for any pending of action plan on regular basis. To ensure overall quality meet company standards and comply with government regulations.
ADVISORY Managing team on conduct independent review or risk assessment for various reasons, including a review of operational procedures, assessment of key controls in specific functions or for suspicion of fraud.
ASSESSMENT Managing team to performed on review design and implementation of assessment activities (i.e. Merger and Acquisition assessment, new product assessment, transfer of location for call center assessment, relocation, etc.)

Design technical training programs according to company requirements.
Produce training schedules and prepare training material (presentations, worksheet, etc).
Membuat laporan pengeluaran dan pemasukan(kas).
Bertanggung jawab membuat laporan atas pemakaian Petty Cash dan Cash Opname.
Menguasai MS Office (Excel,Word).
Educate business owners on how to grow their businesses.
Proofread and edit contents before publication.
Develop content plans together with Digital Marketingâ¦
