MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Reporting to the Director/Assistant Director of F&B, this position will be overall responsible for the administration and operations of the Nishimura Restaurant (authentic Japanese F&B outlet). He / She will maximize profits, maintain food / beverage / service quality and ensure guest satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS: Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Ability to speak Japanese and understanding of traditional Japanese culture will be advantage.
Degree / Diploma in F&B / Hospitality management.
Minimum 02 (two) years of solid experience in the same capacity at restaurant in luxury hotel brand or reputable authentic Japanese restaurant.
A dynamic personality with a strong leadership and motivating skill.
Excellent knowledge of F&B Management.
