About the Role
As Marketing Administration and Operations Lead, you'll take the responsibility to aid all the marketing administrative and operational aspects like production, expense, and warehouse. You'll work closely with the Offline Marketing team, so you will also have hands-on experience in marketing activation projects related.

What You Will Do

  • Be the primary person to support day-to-day administrative things around Marketing
  • Participate in early ad-hoc projects, and give administrative process understanding to project owners.
  • Assist the manager in every operational and marketing related project
  • Assist monitor and controlling the Solutions team dashboard tracker
  • Assist all operational tasks for Offline Marketing team

What You Will Need

  • At least 2 years of working experience in administrative & Operation task
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, familiar with GSheet & GSlide
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian
  • Passion for developing and improving organizational administrative processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and challenging work environment
About the Team Marketing Administration and Operations Lead will work under the greatest division of Merchant marketing under Offline Marketing Team - filled by very passionate marketers, consisting of 70+ people - horizontally supporting all merchant-facing products under Gojek such as GoFood, GoPay, GoBiz, GoBiz Plus, Moka, GoStore, GoKasir, Selly, and Midtrans. We act as a whole, where the contribution of each member is paramount to our overall success. We learn by doing, by asking questions, by rising from failures, by exploring and implementing new ideas and we always have each other’s back! Come and huddle with us!
