  • S1 Ilmu Komputer/Statistik/Data Science / Teknik Industri dengan IPK Min. 2.80 skala 4.00
  • Pengalaman Min. 2 (dua) tahun pada bidang yang sama
  • Mampu mengoperasikan system pengolahan data analytic seperti: MS Excel, Power Point, Power BI, SAP, Database/SQL dan software engineering
  • Mampu melakukan pengolahan dan visualisasi data
  • Memahami metode riset dan proses bisnis

Job Description

1. Menyusun/memperbaharui kebijakan HR sesuai dengan tujuan organisasi
2. Merencanakan, mengelola dan mengevaluasi employee survey guna pengembangan organisasi
3. Melakukan analisa data (data analytic) sebagai acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan
