Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage relationships with key sellers.
  • Manage the development of product category’s assortment.
  • Manage category’s revenue and margin growth.
  • Work with Category Managers to develop a wide assortment while focusing on revenue growth.
  • Manage pricing competitiveness, assortment, and the stock availability of key sellers within the category.
  • Negotiate deals with sellers and work with Marketing Team in developing relevant initiatives to increase revenue.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in Retail, Sales, or Relationship Management.
  • Strong track record of high-level negotiation and relationship management, both at internal and external levels.
  • Have a tenacity to independently develop ideas and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Macros) and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of interacting with a diverse range of businesses and stakeholders, and presenting, both verbally and in person.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Working knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
