1. Lead and manage resources in the Product Marketing department to be able to achieve the targets set.
2. Create work plans (campaigns, events, etc.) related to product communication and promotion strategies, including marketing strategies to support the launch of new products in Bukalapak.
3. Implement work plans that have been prepared through initiatives in various relevant marketing channels.
4. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of initiatives in the Product Marketing department.
5. Identify customer needs related to Bukalapak products and propose a product marketing strategy based on those needs.
6. Carry out funnel analysis to be able to provide input to the product team and other business units related to acquisition, retention, pricing, and product improvement.
7. Analyze product marketing strategies carried out by competitors using structured analysis methods.
8. Put forward proposals for improvement and new initiatives to obtain more effective results and more efficient processes.
9. Intensively coordinate with the Product, Product Design, Marketing, and other functions team to be able to support the implementation of work programs in Product Marketing
10. Conduct coaching, training, counseling, and mentoring for the team to ensure the development of skillset, culture, and career path as well as recruiting the right talent in order to build a highly effective team.
11. Responsible for budget management within the scope of the team.
12. Responsible for carrying out other work activities according to Bukalapak's needs.
