  • Responsible in providing legal advice and assistance to related function, particularly with respect to bancassurance agreement, and financial agreements, and marketing communication related agreement;
  • Responsible in Intellectual Property Rights related issues
  • Reviewing and finalizing day to day operation agreements, contracts and other legal documents for executio
  • Act as corporate document repository which encompassing keeping and managing documentation of various governance forum documents, such as terms of reference, minutes of meetings, and more
  • Conduct research at government and other institutions on various legal, licensing and administrative issues
  • Conduct, monitor and follow up the progression of any legal project conducted by other departments or third party
