Job Description

  • Set the GA, Procurement & Logistics work plan
  • Prepare all documentation relating to the management company's licensing activities to support the smooth operation of the company
  • Analyze the total needs and inventory of goods and assets in the branch. Then monitor the fulfillment of stock-taking periodically.
  • Prepare BQ Tender, BES (Biding Evalution Summary)
  • Monitoring service providers for office facilities and work processes for general staff (such as cleaning services, security, receptionist).

  • The candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably with experience in purchasing, logistics, and general affairs (housekeeping, security, building operational).
  • Have good analytical and strong leadership skills & Good Experience in Building Management
