Job Description

  • Responsibilities

    • Service the range of Industrial and Advanced Metrology that we sell for dimensional measurement, defects analysis, quality and reverse engineering, and the range of in-line checkweighers, X-ray and metal detectors that we sell for automated weight, hazard point and quality control for food, pharma and industrial applications.
    • These include installing, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairs, preventive maintenance and calibrations.
    • Provide pre- and post-sale applications support including demo measurements and training.
    • Perform work assignments in efficient and methodical fashion, and in its course, also keep in touch with customers, to actively improve customer satisfaction with us/our products.
    • Update CRM on timely and effective basis for team-wide follow up and teamwork support.
    • At times, you may be required to support installations in other parts of Indonesia.
    • Report to the Service or Branch Manager or Department Head as assigned and works interdependently with colleagues within and across departments.
  • Pre-Requisites

    • Good recognised Degree in Physics, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or relevant Sciences fields with some relevant working experience and exposure to dimensional metrology.
    • 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in service preferred.
    • A "service heart" with good knowledge of instrumentation and deriving satisfaction in getting systems back into operations efficiently and effectively.
    • An interest in metrology and quality as a deliverer of manufacturing competitiveness.
    • A team player with strong inter-personal communications skills, high integrity and discipline.
