Analyze eligibility of lost and damage cases from customer complaints

Escalate lost and damage cases to third party logistics for claim submission

Recap claim data for claim processing
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. Experience in Customer Service / Claim / Logistics is a plus

A strong obsession to provide good customer experiences

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to input and analyze data

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
