Job Description

  • Back Up Recruitment
  • Screen candidates resume and job application
  • Act as a point of contract and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Manage employee database
  • Manage employment contract
  • Maintain and arrange the attendance system or employee attendance on the absence machine
  • Control the health insurance process and other benefits
  • Download attendance on the absence machine
  • FOR MATERNITY LEAVE

  • Belum Menikah
  • Familiarity with HR database
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Hardworker, willing to work under pressure, target oriented
  • Can work with team and individual
  • Proficient in using Ms Word especially Ms Excel
