Job Description

Contract Based Positions (1 year)

Responsibilities

  • Do the Customer Service scoring every week for all channel (Call, Livechat, Email and Chat marketplace)
  • Do the live monitoring / live scoring
  • Calibrate with operational team about the parameter scoring that been scored by the QA
  • Coach, train, and evaluate the CS Agent to help them improve the service quality

Experience & Skills Required

  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in Customer Service or BPO industry in ecommerce company
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Office and excellent communication skills.
  • Able to listen and read in English preferable (Passive English).
  • Preferably having experienced specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Experience with Quality Assurance, Willing to learn and Can Handling multi because need to Backup also some brand on web store and marketplace ( All channel : Call, Livechat, Email and Chat marketplace )
